Distribution: A German trading firm has ordered FAG- and INA Rolling Bearings from Yakang in good faith and resold them. A custom’s seizure and a following preliminary injunction revealed the products as counterfeits. The trading firm agreed to destroy the fakes and offered its apologies to Schaeffler.
